After checking-in, the administration team will provide you with the key to your apartment/house. You will also be provided with one parking space in the parking lot.
THE RESORT INCLUDES
Clean white bed linen, TV, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, shower and a WC in every apartment and house.
There are barbecues in the territory of the resort; however, you will need to bring your own firewood, coal and skewers.
There is a bathhouse by the river. Ask the administration team about its availability and price.
Under the decision of the Palanga City Council, all holidaymakers staying in Palanga and Sventoji shall pay a fee of €1 per overnight stay for the use of the public resort infrastructure. The fee shall be paid at the administration desk of the resort upon checking-in.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the resort.
Apartments/houses can accommodate no more persons than the number of vacancies available. In exceptional cases, there is a €10/per day charge for every additional person (regardless of their age). The charge shall be paid at the administration desk. You will be responsible for taking care of such a person’s bedding and for providing a sleeping place.
Parents are responsible for their children’s safety in the resort.
The administration reserves the right to evict holidaymakers for maliciously ignoring the resort’s internal policies.
If you make a booking outside the booking.com system, you must make an advance or a full payment within 5 working days; otherwise, your booking will not be confirmed. The advance payment shall be 50% of the total amount.
We recommend that you bring proof of payment for the accommodation and your identity document upon arrival at the resort. This will ensure a faster and smoother registration procedure.
The name of the person making the payment and the booking must be the same. If the payment will be made by another person, please be sure to inform us and indicate this in the payment details. Please indicate the number of the booked house and the date of your stay in the payment details.
The holidaymaker has the right to cancel an accommodation booking by filling in a free written request to cancel the booking and sending it to email@example.com.
The booking cancellation is only free if there are more than 14 days left before your arrival and you have booked your stay using the booking.com system.
In other cases, the booking cancellation will cost the following:
- More than 14 days before the arrival date – 20% of the amount paid;
- Less than 14 days before the arrival date – 50% of the amount paid;
- In the case of a no-show or a notification about not arriving on the expected day of your arrival – 100% of the amount paid.
